North Warnborough Youth FC is actively seeking to recruit boys, girls and parent volunteers to form new mini-soccer teams and 11-a-side teams playing in the North East Hants Youth League.

The aim for NWYFC Coaching Staff is to provide all members the ability to develop and refine their football skills, technique and knowledge, while also building a strong character foundation appropriate to activities on and off the football pitch. All our teams will endeavour to play football in a positive manner, showing respect to match officials, other players, managers and spectators at all times.

The basis to achieving our Coaching Philosophy is to focus of the following areas in training and match provision: EDUCATION, ENVIRONMENT, COMMITMENT & WINNING . . . players 1st, winning 2nd

This applies to Players, Coaching Staff & Supporters alike as we all strive to develop our understanding of the game of football and the benefits it can bring to individuals.
